Droppers

With a tough bite early this morning I decided to try something I had read about. I tied a #14 red egg hook to a 6 inch 1 pound test dropper under a Genz bug and tipped it with a single spike. It worked great on those finicky fish before the good bite started. For the first hour I didn't catch any fish other than on the dropper. Be sure to tie these up BEFORE you hit the ice. It's realy tough with cold stiff fingers.
