I am going to buy a set of ele. down riggers. I found a great deal on a new set of 1099 scottys but I dont know much about there product. I have seen some tests that say they are the best out there but we all know how these can be messed with to get the outcome you would like. What do you guys think? I am looking at the 24 in booms.

My dad has them and loves them. I think Getaway does as well and he speaks highly of them.
