I am hearing a lot of the small creeks are freezing up. If so where can I get access in that area?

I assume your talking about the ramp at the foot of Alter Rd., its never really closed, you just put your money in the box, and launch. Providing its not iced in, its always open.

Dang. I thought that there was a new launch but you are referring to the ramp that Jim talks about.

That ramp area and the immediate canals leading to it will be the last to freeze. The water inside the two wells might freeze up and there might be some ice on the ramp pads but people will be using that launch site on nice days until the deeper canals themselves freeze up.
