DEQ Issues First Unilateral Administrative Orders in Six Years
Today, DEQ Director Steven E. Chester announced that the department has issued the first unilateral Administrative Orders (Orders) since 1997 under the Polluter Pay amendments to Part 201, Environmental Remediation, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended.
