Man, it's like having the New York Yankee's as your DNR. And what are they doing screwing around with GPS's, radio collars and helicopters? A quick pellet dropping count should tell them everything they need to know. 
Kinda reminds you of the old Soviet Union when they were using candles to light their bread factories so the people waiting in line for hours could see. They used to say that their system didn't need any improvement either.
Oh well, at least maybe we can use the PA info and not have to pay for it. But I do hope our guys at least look at and consider the findings.
