FME, rarely is anything too thick for deer. You can deter them a little and they will follow the path of least resistance, especially in winter, they will blaze trails where they want them. YMMV

Agree! I think its something I'm going to have to figure out, A tree stand isn't a option for them and this type of hunting is best with the most ethical shot opportunity.
