So Coke is gone for sure? What an up and down guy. I still think Leyland should have used him against Ortiz in that play off game. Hind sight is 20-20 I guess. Most times I hated to see him coming in. Use him against lefties only and I think he will be OK. Not too many lefties that can throw 90+.

They said earlier that they weren't interested in resigning Coke, this seals the deal. They have a few left handed kids in the minors and if they could pull off the Max deal, they'd have Simon in the pen and available as a spot starter also.
