Clear Lake

Made it out for the first time today. :p Went out to Clear Lake in Jackson County, had real good ice about 6 inches. Got there about 8:15 am and had two fish right away, a bluegill and perch. Only two we caught but it was nice to get out, off the ice by 11 had to go to work. Lookingf forward to more.

I was out there also Monday morning. I was in the black Cabela's shanty right off the swim area.Had a good weed bed with a drop off but no Northerns came thru, saw a few dink perch and gills. No flags on my tip ups either, but it was good to be out there.
I'm gonna try another lake near there Fri. morning in hopes of some Northerns :confused:
