The whole family won’t be together until Friday so tonight’s meal is scaled back. The smoker is going and filled with baby back ribs. Saturday’s feast will be a bone in standing rib roast. A more traditional holiday dinner.

I started smoking these christmas eve. I'm finally going to finish the last batch today
