We love to eat quiche and I thought I'd try a new twist on one of our favorites by replacing the sausage with chorizo and we were very happy with the end results. Here are the details:

1/2 c chorizo browned
4 eggs
1/3 c onions
1 1/2 c light cream or whole milk(I use whole milk)
8 oz shredded cheddar
salt and pepper

Pour into 9" pie shell, deep dish and bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
