Marina gives access to river
Plan has city's OK; DNR and Corps remain
CHEBOYGAN - A city-approved $3 million downtown marina development would give local residents and tourists access to the Cheboygan River.
The Cheboygan City Council OK'd plans for the Mariner's Village Marina last week, with a condition that it include two public access easements. One would be along the river and the other on Pine Street from downtown Cheboygan.
