Hello,
I am looking for recommendations where to fish in Charlevoix. I am from Petoskey but I don't visit Charlevoix very often. I'll be there tomorrow for a couple hours and wanted to drop in a line.

Fair enough, sounds about right. Does anyone have any luck fishing the channel between Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan? Thank you for the recommendation NWMichiganOutdoors.

Yep within the channel is good too. I did see some fish cruising off the city docks in round lake. I know some people fish off the east jordan docks as well

I have seen lots of people fishing the channel. I know they pickup walleye in the evening. I always fish the big lake so I can't tell you what they catch on a regular basis. Heard in the fall when the salmon was around they picked them off the dock. They have planted Medusa creek again for salmon so this year on we should pick Kings

We have actually done real well in the boat where round lake dumps into Lake Charlevoix there is a hole. That same area by the coast guard station they use to pick up browns casting.
