I was checking out Canada's regulations and can't figure out if there limit is 4 on the Det rvr. or 6. It states 4 in 2005 until April 30. Can anyone clarify this years limit and dates? Thanks.

CHANGES TO BASS AND WALLEYE FISHING REGULATIONS
Backgrounder
The Minister of Natural Resources has approved changes to several recreational fishing regulations. The following changes take effect January 1, 2007:

The walleye season will open year-round on all of Lake Erie. The catch and possession limit for walleye in the eastern basin of Lake Erie will increase to six fish fr om four. This will provide increased angling opportunities and will bring the limit for walleye in the eastern basin in line with the rest of Lake Erie, the Detroit River, Lake St. Clair and the St. Clair River

The link below provides a map that shows the walleye regulations for:
Michigan, Ohio and Ontario
St. Clair River, Lake St. Clair, Detroit River and Lake Erie

Not a bad idea to print off a copy and keep it in your boat.
