Does anyone think we should shut down travel in and out of Colorado?
There could a lot of cases in the US and we are just starting to test for it now.
The man, who is in his 20s and in isolation in Elbert County, has no travel history.

I am having trouble understanding all who are suggesting that C19 is not increasing the # of deaths in 2020.

The CDC has been stating all along that total deaths vs. expected deaths is up significantly. The CDC says deaths are up 299,000 in 2020 vs. expected deaths from January thru October. Deaths attributed to C19 were 198,000. So if anything.....the hypothesis is that C19 deaths are being undercounted.

Normal deaths per year or expected deaths per year are 2,850,000. They increase 20,000-60,000 per year in the US. If you do some searching on your own, you can find estimates for 2020 are about 3,100,000. Unofficial counts are that we passed 2,850,000 in late November.....and our average has been 60,000 per week.
