Last Wednesday count was 2250 down from last year when we crossed the bridge.

Well, they are still waiting in WI then as the SS Badger stopped sailing for the winter near the end of October!

I've heard lots of their excuses, figured I would help them out as they seem to be out of new material. I wasn't aware the badger wasn't still running, had a trip to WI planned and found their company earlier this year.

The bridge count smashed an all time low.

I was at the Gun Show tonight in Sagola, must of talked to at least a dozen hunters I know. Some of these guys make me look like a beginner. I was the only one that shot a buck.

I will go with the light version.........Take off your Rose Colored Glasses.

What a joke, over my 35 years going over the bridge a majority of the time they don't even ask, Michigan's deer harvest total numbers are a FARCE, the DNR has no clue and never will without a mandatory check!
Let's hear how many deer you have shot that the DNR knows about, with me it's about 1/3rd of the deer I've taken, yes each one was tagged with my legal license.

 

Right. The DNR will tell you it was a record season as per norm. More BS out of Lansing. As to the UP count, if the people running that told me my house was on fire I would not believe them. They could be off 50% or more..... Savy
