Bow fishing

Is it legal to shoot a bow off of the middle coast guard wall in Muskegon? I have seen alot of carp and suckers laying in there over the years and was just wodering. Also what about off of the bridge at Duck Lake state park? the bridge right by the channel.

If anyone can help answer it would be greatly appreciated, thanks

I am not familar with the layout over there and if the pier is withing the city limits or what type of city ordinances they have for bows and/or guns. Your best bet is to check with a District 9 CO or the state park for that one question.
