The 1987 one with Sam Elliot or the 1995 one with Gene Hackman, Sharon Stone and Russel Crowe.
They are both good and it’s a tie between Sam Elliot and Tom Selleck for best mustache.

In the early 70's we as kids never missed "Alias Smith and Jones" and "Kung Fu". It annoys my wife greatly when I quote Kwai Chang Caine by saying "remember, the cold in not in you but around you" when she mentions how cold she feels and the thermostat needs to be adjusted. This refers back to an episode where he was locked in a box out in the open with another prisoner and temps would get high during the day and below freezing at night.
