I found an issue with one of my ratcheting rod holders, seems a weld was broken holding it together. Not sure of how it happened, by my crew or some other reason. I've had them for at least 10 years. I messaged Berts to see if they could repair it. They asked for pics which I obliged.
The next response from them was type, and address so a new one could be shipped!
No questions asked on what could have happened...
