Take a couple of tablespoons of flour, pepper, garlic salt, and any other seasons you would like to add--put this mixture in a bag and coat the steaks. Put them into a frying pan with butter and cook about half way. Cook at a medium temperature. Mix 1 cup of sour cream and can of mushroom soup with about 1/8 cup of milk--mix the mixture real good and pour into frying pan with the bear meat. Cook until meat done. Stir often so it won't burn to the pan. ENJOY- IT"S GOOD
