Looking for any reports on ice in bay . just chopping at bit to get out there.

Dont know about augres but the ice just south of there(m65)is solid 5-8"Lots of machines out.

about 3" on the river in au gres. This was at the boat launch in town. Edges are iffy so watch where you step getting out there. There was no one fishing on the bay that I saw at the mouth although it looked solid for as far as you could see. Again this is at the Au gres river. My buddy fished Tawas Saturday morning and said there was about 7 inches. He said they hammerd the Browns jigging small teardrops With wax worms.
