For the second year in a row one of my apples trees thats loaded with apples has started dropping leaves during the summer, and just looks real unhealthy. With alot of red cedars on the property I'm assuming the cause is cedar rust. Is there anything I can do to combat this?

With cutting down red cedars you have to consider the distance.
"Removing cedars located within a 2-mile radius of the orchard interrupts the life cycle of the fungus and makes control with fungicides easier. Removing all cedars within 4 to 5 miles of the orchard will provide complete control. "
