I hear people say here that the deer don't touch their brassicas; either because there are other farm crops in the area or it's just something the deer are not familiar with.
Has anyone ever tried spraying the plants with a salt water mixture out of a back pack sprayer? It seems this might increase the palatability of the plant. Obviously you wouldn't want to do this too many times because the salt would eventually make it difficult to grow things.
