When I was there over the 4th, the ramp was closed for construction. By the way that it looked, I don't think that they could have finished it yet.

My neighbor has a place there and leaves his boat in the river there, they have been doing very well. I might do a trip up there in a couple weeks. There is a charter boat that posts very good reports for there, but I can't remember who. Google Leland fish report.

We ended up taking the boat out from Leland yesterday afternoon. It sure felt strange to put the boat in at Noon. Love the new dock they build - made it super easy to get in 'n out.

Anyhow, we went north of north and caught 4 Kings in 2hrs on downriggers in 200ft of water (65 and 75ft down) Blue Mango was hot - caught 3 out of 4 on that spoon.

It sure was a perfect day on the water and the fish were bonus ;)
