my wife doesnt like to eat the fish i catch, for some odd reason she'd rather have the gross fish fom the store. any recipes beside frying would be greatly appreciated. because frying is my choice but she wont eat it. thanks.

Steinfishski has the absolute BEST recipe for marinated salmon on the grill.

Unfortunately, he's not allowed to share it with anyone else (after ME!) because it'll just make you want to go out and get MORE SALMON !! LOL

try to soak the filets in salt water over night. My wife would not eat any of the fish that I caught either, until I started soaking them. It removes the wild taste so she says, it must work because now she eats it all the time.
