if it has any pigment on any of its body other than the pink recessive, it is not a true albino.

I'm gonna guess it's a true albino. The brown on the head could easily be from the forehead gland, or stained from ripping up saplings.

Great shot, and a nice rack for an albino. I've read that many albinos don't end up with quality antlers, this guys did!

Is that buck in a game ranch or free roaming? I saw one a while ago on a game ranch on a video that was a great looking buck, big non-typical. That would be impressive if it is free roaming. . . still both cool pics of nature at work.

There was an albino buck in the Irons area that many had been seeing for years. Some had pictures. This year he sported an 8 point rack.

Unfortunately some idiot shot him, cut off his head, left it in the woods and took the body.

I think the brown on the head is from rubbing on trees. the eyes are definatly pink and so is the nose. I would have to say its albino

The pictured deer is a legal target in Wisconsin. Albinos are legal game in that state, the same as they were in Michigan before some retarded legislators decided to protect deer with defective genes.
