I drove by Gino's this afternoon, and saw a airplane on the ice, anybody else see this ?

I saw it a few wks ago. cool way to get off an ice flow.

Could be a real cool way to get off an iceburg if you don't have enough take off distance ! That would not be fun.

Sure would hate to try and land amoung the shantys

Maybe it will be a new trend, forget the 4 wheelers and snow mobiles, get a plane.

It might even work better on last ice than my airboat! I think a float plane would work good for duck hunting too. You could fly around and scout for the flocks, then land and throw out the decoys. Do they come in camo? Where should we mount the ice auger?

Had one run over my tip-up on Barlow Lake...... I didn't think that was cool, but it was fun watching him do touch and go's
