And you didn't post the recipe ???
There isn't really a recipe. She browned venison, onions, and mushrooms in a skillet. She seasoned the meat with garlic and Italian seasoning and mixed in some Olive Garden salad dressing and a bunch of mozzarella cheese. She wrapped the mix in pizza dough and baked at 325 until done.

This will definitely be a regular item. My wife is going to play with some different dough. She used the refrigerated pizza dough that comes in a tube and it wasn't quite enough to do a pound of ground along with the other things. Next time she may use two tubes and make separate ones. She is going to try a tomatoes sauce mix on one. our venison tends to be a little dry but the salad dressing is mostly olive oil. If you weren't using the dressing, you could use some olive oil to keep from being too dry.
