A/C and pollen

Well, it's that time of year that all the pollen is blowing around, so that means you need to keep an eye on the old condensing unit. It's very important that you keep a sharp eye on the build up from the pollen in the area. If you neglect to wash it off, it could damage the system, which could be costly. Just take the hose and rinse it of til it's free of all pollen, and your set. NO PRESSURE WASHERS!!!! While your at it, be sure to check the furnace filter and replace if needed. Just because your not running the heat, doesn't mean your filter doesn't get clogged. A clean filter is very important for the proper working order of your A/C system. I usually tell people to change their filters once a month and use a quality filter.
