I picked up a bunch of bullets and powder from a friend who no longer wanted the stuff. I have loaded mainly my 22-250s [used up all the 55 Ballistic tips]. Got a new set of Hornady dies [223] and ready to go.
I have 40/50/55 V-max, 50 SP, 55 Sierra BTHP, 64 PSP bullets, and IMR 4198,IMR-3031,IMR-4895,IMR-4320, H-4895,H-4350,H-380,H-4831SC for powders to select from. Also, using new brass.
Looking for an accuracy load. Probably will use in my AR15 1:9 twist. Thanks for any help.

I use nosler's 40 gr. ballistic tips with 30 gr. of H-335. Velocity of 3550. This load used in a browning a-bolt with an 18 inch barrel and I get consistant
1/2" groups. Max load be careful.

1:9 twist maybe too fast for lightest bullets; I have had good luck with Black Hills 55 FMJ reloads in my AR Varminter with 1:9.

For my Encore I load 55 gr VMax with Varget powder 26.0 - 26.4 gr. I have shot some sub-MOA 1 hole 8 shot groups with that setup but the bullets are seated long and won't feed in the AR.
