The good reports from the bay inspired myself and daughter to make the last trip of the season ( I think). Started off the morning working around the dumping grounds. Found one hump that held fish and seemed every time we went past it we would hook up. Had 7 in the box including an 8 1/2 lber before the water went flat. Headed out NW in search of 3 more. Wind picked up a bit and the fish started again. We got 6 fish within a half hour including a 7lber. Trolled with various deep divers, and shallow runners speed 2.2-2.5. Fish seemed to hit just about anything we put down, from bass baits to salmon baits - the big one hit a Ping-A-T. As usual my daughter caught the 2 big ones. Total weight of fish for the day came in at 42lb. Great way to end the season.
