Followed the tractor home after the 4th time by with it's attendant rear escort guard and flashing lights. And yelling communications.
For some strange reason the guy didn't want to leave the barn after he parked for the night and ask if he had me mad enough yet.
Just stood there like he was surprised.

Deer in the ag. fields nearby after shooting time.
Stood on the binders for one out of a group crossing the road later.

That seems early.
It's like a light switch went off a few days ago. I had 5 bucks all come in single file Sunday night, bachelor grouped back up. Watched two yearlings spar Sunday morning then chill together for a while. Cameras showing the same. Post rut action now. Eaton Co.

. I watch the deer herd 24/7 out my back door. Yesterday morning dawn to noon deer feeding in the winter wheat. Six different bucks and not one of them interested in the many dfws

I was thinking "fawns and yawns" per one of your previous posts. But I could be way off. Hope you get 'em next time! Any word on the B1G1 lately? Still out there?
I'm guessing Brewer meant a fart...

No on the intel. Neighbor was working when I went to hunt and I didn't stop to ask what he has seen lately.
I know I'm not seeing him....
Deer broke out with the relief in pressure. My noncrop forb browse had been well attended when deer were in hiding.
Looks mowed down pretty rough compared to where deer were tonight. Plus they had big distance /space in tonight's destination fields.

A non windy day , a doe looking for privacy could come back with an amorous suitor , perhaps.
Meanwhile it's waiting to see if snow changes anything.
If it's ever calm again in the wind tunnel , I'll try a couple contact calls and see if anything comes out of the swamp or a particular bed like last year's later in the season's reaction. Seems if a buck was still bedding there I'd have gotten a peek at least by now though.
Multiple doe peed in the main browse area a while back. The awkward squat thing. I figured a buck would check that. None did on my watch.
Either not in range , or laying low. Or already occupied with a doe. IF alive.
