SE Sanilac checking in. Barn, coffee ,woodstove. Nephew moving a little slow this am deer sightings for him have been down this year. Told him lower your standards. He is headed home tomorrow. And I wish it was the 20th...Back to work Monday. Only 3 days though.. Git Er Done!

Been out driving around the state game area I mostly hunt, lotta deer moving this am, seen a couple bucks. Hunting a spot I haven't hunted in 2 years, little transition between swamp bedding and thickets, couple nice scrapes, hopefully a buck comes by to check em out. I did notice on my drive out that there weren't that many carcasses on the rd like usual.
