Threw glo hardware from 8:30PM until 1:00AM last night, but couldn't muster a hit.

About 6 others casting when I arrived & by 9:00PM I was the only one fishing.

I'm very aware about my light management & try very hard to control my stray light because I thought the whole fall run night fishing idea was based on fish in shallow water became less light sensitive, but apparently I am misinformed. Around midnight about 8 others came out, but by 1:00AM I pulled the plug because I got tired of 2 guys walking up/down the lakeside continuously hitting the water with a spotlight trying to shine fish like deer.

Didn't see anyone walk off with fish & no blood on the pier deck.

Lakeside surface temp was 66 & channel side surface temp was 68.

NOAA forecast of 15-25mph winds with 3-5' seas was off by at least half. I never had more than 10mph winds & 1-3' seas.

Thanks for the report Steve. Thinking about hitting it tonight south of you.

I often don't even use a light when netting them. I never understand the guys who shine a lighthouse beacon to net salmon.
