Comment – This fly was most probably created by Dr. Samuel E. Lewis, an orthodontist, in the Kalamzoo area. It’s a great fly that can be used for bass, panfish, and trout. It’s a very productive fly on Michigan rivers. Thanks to Tom Deschaine for this submission.
