My 7mm Mag and my handmade thumbhole stock

This is my Remington 700 BDL L/A that I replaced the factory stock on with one I had hand made from a English Walnut Blank. I used a Thumbhole Varment Stock pattern and installed a decellerator pad. I also pillar bedded the action and floated the barrel

I really like the thumbhole. I have a muzzleloader with the thumbhole, and I love it. It feels so good to take a hold of.

Thanks for your nice comment bowhunter4life, ...
I am really pleased with the way it turned out.

Your right about the thumbhole grip,... it makes such a difference in the whole feel of the rifle when that thumbhole grip is used, Really NATURAL instead of out of position.
