My wife and I attended a small dinner put on by the American Woodcock Society with help from Great Lakes Wine and Spirits last night. Al Stewart spoke about the biology of Woodcock and it was most informative. He is a rather engaging speaker and of course very knowledgeable. He also worked the room and answered individual questions at the tables during lulls in the dinner. If you get the chance to hear Al speak I would say it is worthwhile for sure.
