    Of course they're upset... they're now being forced to absorb more true costs of their business including some they previously foisted on the public. If they raised wolves they would be incensed if they had to pay for livestock losses from escaped stock.

    If they would double fence all the ag land in the slp it would end a lot of problems.

    A lot yes but not fence sitting. Two fences = two times as many fence sitters.

    Michigan needs to implement that same strategy! Double fences do not keep deer inside with CWD from spreading it to the rest of the herd inside, it will eventually get out. Prions can be spread by birds, boots, tires on the ground, and other things that leave the fenced areas. It is not a viable solution! Shut them down! The correlation to CWD in the wild and the ranches shows where the sources initiate the outbreaks.
