Windy Day Steel

    Brother in law and I braved the wind in Allegan Tuesday and went 1/2 on spawn before we had enough. It was crazy with trees coming down and all. At one point the wind was blowing the boat upstream!

    I fished that same day downriver, It was NOT for amateurs to be plugging in the wind that day, but we managed to land 3 and never lose a lure nor swing into the logs though we came close, one big fish I had to gas the boat to get the line tight on and not lose control in the wind while I was fighting it

    Lol...there were trees falling over from the wind! Was that you that passed us in the center console flat bottom? The dude driving said it was so cold his nose hairs were falling out. Lol

    I fished this day on the st joe, if I had caught a fish for every tree I saw fall within 100 yards of have had 7 fish. But instead a skunk
