They are a bit pricey, but once to taste them it’s understandable. Those Horseradish ones are just incredible!!

The “freaking hot” are appropriately named. Lol

Years ago I had the late night munchies. Found Ritz Crackers, had no cheese so I put peanut butter on them. They were a bit dry so I put sriracha on them. Pretty good. Have had them many times since. Today I had some while watching football.

My version of not arguing about covid on a Sunday morning, Steak and Eggs, Diced Ribeye and onions, add 4 eggs and scramble, topped off with a drizzle of Sweet Baby Rays BQ sauce. 126621770_1369844230024474_6777067754208015941_n.jpg 125845673_370599464030532_1094213049936387746_n.jpg

Asked the Grandkids what they would like for Sunday dinner when they come to visit today, they said Papa's Goulash. Told them Eye can do that, come and get it. 126312030_716761088947339_515430029990506098_n.jpg

This dang neck roast was to big for any vac bag so I decided to cook it up, portion it and save it for later.

The blackstone worked great to get a good sear on it.

Then it went into a roaster with a little water at 350 for about 7 hours.

Once cooled I shredded it and portioned it into 3rds, vac sealed and into the freezer.

Eye like to keep it simple, 1 pound venison burg, 1 quart of home canned crushed stewed tomatoes with green peppers and onions added, 1 pint of home canned tomato paste, chili powder, garlic powder and a few sliced mushrooms.
