Hello all. I know we've got some great ones that are really popular and well known so to make this a little more interesting I would like to exclude Burt/Mullet/Hubbard. Let's see what you've got. My pick is Gull Lake.

The entire Huron River stsyem. May not hold many LSC sized fish but their numbers are great.

Although that's my fav as its the closest it isnt even a tenth of the smallmouth fishery that there is from big Rapids north. Every lake from manistee up to traverse all the east to up to the bridge is world class.

I'm sorry. But your first post is asking for fishing spots. ...and people are giving them up?

Relax... A lake is hardly a fishing spot.

    I'd vote for Lake Charlevoix

I like the nice quiet ones with no houses on them as far back in the boonies as you can get. Might see the CO once in a while but that is the only other person you will see.The Co told me of many more just like this one
