What knife sharpener for filet knives

    In the market for a good way to sharpen filet knives, outside a diamond stone, anybody have a quick and easy to pass along

    These work pretty well if your knife is good steel. If you use them on a junk blade, the sharpening stones will immediately show some dark lines from stuff that used to be part of the blade.

    I have a Work Sharp knife sharpener that has really impressed me. Lot of different belt options.

    The pictures sharpener works great on rapala knives. When I used it on a different brand knife with a different angle is was a pain in the arse. I couldn't get the knife sharp with it. Luckily it was a cheapo so I didn't feel bad about buying another rapala knife

    when you clean enough fish, electrics get dull also. I'm on my fourth one

    Work sharp is the easiest way to put one heck of an edge on a knife I have ever seen.
