Mykiss is a great beer. Actually, most everything from Blackrocks is great!
Dang smooth IPA for being 8.3%
Thats a good one. I made a trip out there to grab a few of those as well. I remember it being one of the better beers at their 10th Anniversary a few years back so I was excited to see it in bottles.
KBS hit stores yesterday, Get it while you can if there is any left.
Yeah but the question with that stuff is WHAT stores?!
I was able to grab a few.. Haven't had it for a few years
It's been this since the first of the year and ice fishing season. 9% and smooth as heck.
That stuff is really damn good. Probably my favorite brown out there.
It's good, but overrated. And aggravating how retailers will split up 4 packs and gouge prices .
There's better bourbon imperial stouts more readily available IMO.
Only place I can find this beer is frankenmuth.
I must say it is mine also. Rochester Mills has one similar but this is much better.
I assume you are referring to KBS? My comment was referring to the post from Jimbos about Sumatran Mountain Brown. In regards to KBS, the stores are screwing people downstate. I can buy as much as I want for $21 per 4 pack up here. Worth every penny. Not a better Bourbon Barrel aged stout you can buy in a retail store for that price.
