I hope I get the name right H2 from brighton, I think it cost me $160 Theryd is one of the gold standard saddles, but a lot more $ and 2 years ago , when I wanted one, Thethrd were 11 weeks backordered, and H2 if I recall took 2 weeks . Now, it must say something for their product to be that backordered, but in that particular year, I would have gotten it after season
There are only 2 saddle companies anyone from MI should consider. H2 Saddles out of Brighton and Latitude Outdoors which is out of West MI. Tethr'd is far from the gold standard, unless you're talking about corny social media.
Thanks everyone for the recommendations. That’s great to see a common company between you guys and that both of these companies are from Michigan. As a small business owner my self I love to support the local companies every chance I get.
I have an H2 as well and am happy with it. Great quality and easy to reach when I had questions about sizing and made in Michigan. Sent from my iPhone using Michigan Sportsman
I have a tethrd mantis and an aero hunter kestral. They're both awesome! I'm sure the other brands are great as well. Theres never been a better time to get into saddle hunting.
I'm a big fan of my Tethrd Phantom. I'm not light for my height, and I've sat in it for 4+ hours and been comfortable the whole time. Haven't used any other saddle to compare it to though.
I run the tethrd mantis with the predator platform. It has become my Primary hunting setup. I love it, light and comfortable. I’m 6’6” 260 and I have no problems with it. There quality is top notch imo.
