Numbers seem to be down on the surf. Plenty of shaker steelhead around. Haven't had any big number days of big fish just a couple here and there. But there are some hogs out there. Released my personal best that is my unofficial 15. Never took out of water revived right away. Seen a few pictures of some big fish taken and one that went shy of 20. Hoping end of November improves and some fish stick around before running up. Took a pic of a western strain that went back....

That is one chunky fish! I haven't been out yet, but hoping to make a few trips out before the end of November.

Seems you always post the same thing; got some 15lbers and "heard" of a 20.

Too busy working, but hoping to hit the surf hard this weekend. Always have the fever and anxious to go, but not disappointed as the southern end of the lake is still warm with only a few fish around now. I'm still expecting to beach a near 20lber this fall. Quite a few mid to upper teens last year.

Nice fish. I wonder what strain it is? It's a chunky one.

It wasn't meant negatively. Just seems like every report reads the same. I know he can fish.
