Hit the river for a few hours, and for a bright, midday bite...didn’t do to bad. Landed 6 walleyes, with 1 being a throwback. Got one 16”, the rest went 20-24”. My fiancé napped most of the time, but did wake up and get herself on the board.

I next switched up and tried for herring, though it’s been inconsistent so far this spring. Didn’t do great, but got a few anyways. Nowhere near last years slaughter, but things could still change.

Thanks man. It’s been steady all year on the eyeballs.

My thread title is a bit misleading, as I actually fished 3 days total, but somehow forgot the second day? Maybe it was the tough bite, as I only hooked 3 walleyes.

Still awesome for three days. Can't complain about that. I fished the mouth early Saturday morning. I didn't get into anything but it seemed like a few guys were. Probably hit it again this weekend and see what we can get into.
