    Bone the blade roast, cut in steaks, pound it thin, and it makes great swiss steak. Lot's of work, but worth it. Chunk it up and use it for Ven chili. Mix ven burger and the chunks. Turns out great. The front blade roast is also good for sauerbraten. Slow cooker BBQ is always good.

    Smoke with apple wood, pull off the bone while still warm.
    Straight into the crock with barbecue sauce.
