I guess Arby's is living up to their motto..."WE GOT THE MEATS!!!!!!!!!!!" (For some reason, I crack up every time I hear that and think of Ving Rhames in a studio recording that. :p)

Not seeing the price anywhere for the elk or venison sandwich. Did see that New Zeeland is the main source for the meat.

Chinese restaurant where I used to eat in Northern Vermont - the owners had a sense of humor - there was a flyer stuck to the front window about someone missing a cat.;)

They had it in Kalkaska Arby's last season. It was actually pretty good. Worth the price.

The Country Smoke House between Imlay City And Almont sells buffalo burgers on weekends when they have the BBQ going. Lots of choices inside the store for jerky & sausage. Michigan's largest deer processor or so I have heard.

Didn't they run out pretty fast last year? I would think since they are doing every store they might have a little more stock, but idk.

I am going to have to make it a point to get to a store on the 22nd as I will be in the woods on the 21st.... I will take the long way home Sunday just to "happen" to pass an Arby's. :D

I think it was a test the last time Arby's had it. This year, Arby's is going nation wide. The elk steak sandwich will only be availble at restaurants in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana.

Arby's releases venison and elk sandwiches to kick off hunting season

Highly unusual for Chinese to have a sense of humor, in my experience.

Very stoic and dead serious folk.

Some of the Chinese I know have a great sense of humor - it's just a bit different than ours - also - they don't usually let you see it - they like to let the Gwai Loh think they are inscrutable.
