Buying either a Polaris ranger or John Deere gator 835. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Take a look at the Yamaha Wolverine X2 before you buy.

Just purchased a 570 full sized ranger. Was looking at new and found a 2019 with 200 miles on it at a local dealership. So far really like it, but have only put a little less than 200 miles on it. 1 things that I have noticed, is that the seat gets really hot while riding. Other than that I really like it.

I have a Kawasaki Teryx 800 and love it. It does everything I need around the house or out on the farm, and it's fun on the trails. I like it has two dry storage boxes right behind each seat and has a dump bed. Nice LED headlights as well as FOX suspension, plenty of power behind it and no issues with it for the past 3 years I've owned it. Either way, a UTV is a handy vehicle to own, enjoy!

If you are the lucky kind of guy you could win one.

Helmet req by ALL riders on machines w/out rollbars.

25 mph in ALL of Michigan. Some rules about lights but most ignore those, also, and the dealers dont tell them.
Laws about ages of drivers. We have a 10yo teaching his 4 yo sister how to drive here on the sub.

I am surprised at 25 MPH for these when this does not apply to sleds or quads.

It does apply to quads and dirt bikes. The 25 mph rule applies to all ORV's. Snowmobiles can ride at the posted speed limit.

In Lake County, you will receive a $250 fine for operating an ORV on the road without having your lights on. Speeding in $250 as well.
