The best Walleye jiggin rod you own...

    Some prefer the spinning setups and others the bait casting... I have both but am more comfortable with the spinning, maybe because that's what I'm used to more than anything.

    Just got one of these. Can't wait to try it out. The only thing I don't like about it is the reel seat as some of my fingers grip the threads and I don't like the feel of that.
    What can I put on those threads to cover them up but not dull the feel?

    I, too, have been looking for a couple new jigging rods and have checks lots of manufacturers. Pinnacle seems to have some nice rods, but they don't put much info about their rods on their site, and that scares me when investing a couple hundreds dollars! -has anyone used Pinnacle?
