    Nice. :) Used to like smelt dipping off that one when water was high before. Thought about digging out the gear next spring, but guess not now.

    Went out last weekend with the calm winds. Picked up a Laker before getting all my lines set! Thought it was going to be a great day!

    Well that was the only action. Started at #2, zigzag’d from 20-45 outside the point then went in the bay just for a little bit. Surface Temp 42.

    I've heard of some eyes being caught out by the point. Also heard of some being caught up by the reef. A few silver supposedly mixed in. Unsure of the accuracy of this but thats all I got. There was 1 truck and trailer in the parking lot yesterday i think in Tawas.

    I’m sittin in my boat now, got 3 lines down, havin a little peppermint on the rocks, makin vroom vroom noises. Physically, I’m in my pole barn but mentally I just rounded the point, headed north. Tight lines gentlemen!!
